Capital Area YMCA’s Samuel Frisby participated in a vibrant forum hosted by NJTV News correspondent Michael Hill. The discussion focused on what poverty looks for the lower-middle class, those living in poverty and different factors thought to cause or perpetuate poverty. Joined by policy researchers, representatives from community development organizations, health experts and social services organizations, this will be a candid discussion about policies prolonging the cycles of poverty; struggles of individuals employed with limited assets and structural barriers to opportunities.
