13TH Annual Y5K – 2025 was a success!

Y5K25: A Day of Community, Fitness, and Fun at Cadwalader Park!

This year’s Y5K25 was a huge success, bringing together families, runners, and community members for a morning of energy, connection, and purpose at beautiful Cadwalader Park. Participants of all ages came out to support the Capital Area YMCA’s mission to strengthen our community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.

As one of Mercer County’s premier races, The Capital Area YMCA Y5K brings families, communities, organizations and Businesses together in a fun race that encourages everyone to strive for and reach a personal fitness goal.
