The School Age Childcare Director – Lawrence at the Capital Area YMCA oversees the development and operations of the overall before care, and after care at elementary schools Lawrence, ensuring the program meets its intended goals, as well as summer day camp. We welcome your strong leadership skills and understanding of emotional intelligence and relationship building.
